New Metro City Gujar Khan Special Balloting Results

New Metro City has successfully held the special ballot for A Block, this was the second official ballot of New Metro City Gujar Khan. This balloting was to be held in September but was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
This second ballot of New Metro City Gujar Khan included the following plot sizes:
  • 5 Marla
  • 7 Marla
  • 8 Marla
  • 10 Marla
  • 14 Marla
  • 1 Kanal

This was the special balloting held to accommodate the late coming members of the society. In the past, the society held Early Bird Balloting which was a huge success, a total of 1962 residential files were balloted in this event. New Metro City Gujar Khan held the second balloting on 26th October 2022. According to the management, the results of the second balloting will be uploaded to the official website of the society within 5-7 working. New Metro City management congratulated those whose plots are balloted in this event.

A special 30% quota was specified by New Metro City for members who were left out in the first balloting of A Block. This event was covered live on the official Facebook page of the housing society. A balloting schedule is also released by the society with future balloting dates. B Block grand balloting event will be held on 18th November 2022 whereas the C Block grand ballot will be held on 30th December. Moreover, the society will also carry out balloting events in 2023, whose schedule will be released in the future.

Golf Fairways Block is a new addition to society and offers living close to an international standard golf course. Moreover, the society will be extended to more sectors in the future, and land is specified in the master plan.
