Capital Smart City 

Introduction:-

The Capital Smart City is the first ever smart city in Pakistan. It is, meanwhile, ranked as the world’s 23rd smart city. This epic project is attracting investors from around the world. Capital smart city has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority(RDA).It can also be verified from the official website of RDA.

Islamabad Capital Smart City had formerly covered an area of 65,000 Kanal. However, the overall region of Capital Smart City reported more than 80,000 Kanals at the launch ceremony. In addition, the new Capital Smart City Islamabad Master Plan is tentative and will continue to grow as the time passes.

Capital smart city is a consortium between two of the most reliable names in real estate industry, Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd. And Future  Development Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Design of Capital Smart City

A Singapore-based consulting firm called Surbana Jurong (SJ) designed the capital smart city.

Surbana Jurong:-

Surbana Jurong (SJ) is a reputed Singapore-based consulting company. SJ is currently one of the largest urban, engineering and infrastructure consultancy companies in Asia, consisting of a multinational team of over 16,000 employees in over 120 offices, including architects, designers, developers, engineers, and other specialists. It was established after the merging of Surbana International Consultants and Jurong International Holdings. It combines a holistic set of facilities to create lucrative business opportunities for the project Master Plan. In addition, living and leisure choices are also highly concentrated in the developing Islamabad area with increasing economic opportunities. In designing the Capital Smart City master plan, a coherent planning approach was adopted. The strategy provides an exclusive selection of facilities to serve new facets of society in industrial, residential and entertainment.

Residential plots have been stretched in following blocks.

  • Overseas Block

This block was completely devoted to expats. It is the most requested unit of Capital Smart City due to its outstanding facilities and location. Moreover, the most stable and substantial investment opportunity is for overseas Pakistanis to invest. It’s near to Boulevard Center and will be easily reachable from the motorway through the designated interchange. Priority control of these blocks will also be given to the people.

  • Executive Block

  • Panda Village

It is located on the CPEC road, close to the new international airport in Islamabad. It features Pakistan’s first Chinese styled grand mall known as ‘Panda Mart.’ The complex will have 2000 dealers and 300 warehouses

  • Lakeview Terrace

Lake View Terrace is the peaceful area of Islamabad’s Capital Smart City where one can get close to nature. Green scenery infused with a lake of blue water offers a relaxing experience.

  • Education District

  • Aviation Village
