In the past, the NOC of Park View City Islamabad was declared illegal by Capital Development Authority due to the Malot Road access route. According to CDA officials, a road was to be built on this road, whereas houses and a mosque were built by the society. Park View City management had been contesting against CDA on this matter and the case was put up in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
The approval of NOC from the concerned authorities is a primary concern for every housing society because it enables the customer to trust a project and its developers. Park View City is now a duly approved housing society after Supreme Court ordered to restore its NOC. Investors and home builders can sigh relief and put their hard-earned money into this society without any worries.
